Terms and Conditions

Thankyou for reading the Flowerbags terms and conditions.

When making a purchase you are able to set up an account in order to make future purchasing easier, and sign up for our newsletter. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions taken under these details. Please ensure that you keep your password safe and do not disclose it to anyone. You should change it immediately if you feel it has been compromised.

Prices and Payment:

All prices are in pound sterling. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted. Delivery prices will be added at the checkout stage when you choose one of our options.

We accept payment by most major credit and debit cards via a secure payment gateway provided by SagePay, so buying couldn't be safer or easier. We also accept postal orders or cheques. In the event of cheque payments, goods are dispatched upon clearance.

Payments can also be made via PayPal using a credit or debit card, or by using your PayPal balance should you have one.

Delivery Times:

We deliver throughout the (EU) European Union. Whilst we cannot guarantee delivery times we aim to deliver within 2-5 working days within the UK mainland and 5-10 working days for the rest of the EU. Some items are marked as delivery time of 10 days. This may mean your item is available to order and will be dispatched upon receipt by us from the suppliers. If for any reason your item becomes unavailable we will contact you immediately.

Delivery Costs:

Delivery costs for mainland United Kingdom addresses vary depending on the service you choose.:

Prices start from only £1.99 for RM48 when shipping to a mainland UK address. We also offer RM24 and Special Delivery Next options.

The delivery costs for the rest of the EU are as follows:

£8.95 tracked airmail per order.(Non refundable on return on goods)

The delivery costs for orders to the rest of the world are a flat rate

£8.95 tracked airmail per order. (Non refundable on return of goods)

Shopping with us:

All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our site, click the 'Add to Bag' button shown on each product page. After completing the checkout stage we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order.

Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send email confirmation to you that we've accepted your order or dispatched the product to you. The contract will be filed. For safety reasons your order’s data are not accessible via internet. We keep these data in confidence according to our privacy policy.

Cancellation & Returns:

You have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of delivery (starting the day after you receive goods) and return goods for a refund or replacement. Refund means purchase price + original postage charge for UK purchases except in the instance where special delivery was chosen and only the price of goods will be refunded.. This applies to orders that have shipped from our warehouse via mail order. Special orders, where an item has been ordered in specifically for you, and it isn't an item we would readily stock, are non returnable. Items purchased in our Bridgend store are non returnable and non refundable.

We have enclosed a return label with your order. You can then take your order to the Post Office to obtain proof of postage. A cost of £3 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of your return. Alternatively, you can use your own preferred method for the return. 

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and unsoiled with all labels, tags and original packaging intact. In the interest of hygiene we strongly request that briefs, thongs, swimwear etc. are tried on over your own underwear. You are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods.

If you are returning goods for a replacement, you will not be required to cover the cost of dispatching your new item. In the event of a faulty item you will be offered a refund or replacement. Print your returns form here.

Any free or promotional items issued with your purchase must also be returned.

Refunds are given via your original payment method, except in the event of Postal Orders where payment will be refunded via cheque. Please note that we do not provide a refund for the cost of our Gift Box Service, only the cost of the underwear and your original postage charge will be refunded. We do not refund postage on Special Order deliveries.

These terms and conditions do not affect any of your statutory rights. These terms and conditions must be agreed to before placing any order with Flowerbags.
